Uncle Ronald this is what I used to call him as he’d been part of the del Tiero clan and partner to our friend Cathy whom we called Ante.

He is such a simple guy who you wouldn’t really notice amidst the crowd. He doesn’t even brag about his skills and anything about him. Often times he’ll hang out with us but will just laugh if somebody in the crowd cracks for a joke.  A typical guy who’d rather stay in one corner and observe what is happening.  Not until we started our training, everybody seems to be confused and lost to what our trainer is teaching and feeding us to understand for 8 hrs.  But not this guy, I noticed that he was so relaxed and when you asked him about this and that… he can answer your question even in details.  I told myself… what a genius freak this guy is! 

Yeah and my thoughts were confirmed, he is such a genius freak! Goodness, I wish I had those brains.

And just after a few months being in the company he made it to the Team Leader position.  I know it was really such a tough competition but still I’m proud of you, Uncle.  You made us proud!

However you were able to reach your goal but how bout us?  Where the blowout? I guess everybody in the clan wouldn’t be happy without the blowout! Com’on give each one of us a call and set the date!
